- The Witching Hour - cemetary witch photo shoot
When my parents would take me to Germany during the holidays as a kid, the witches at the Christkindlmarkt used to scare the living daylights out of me. The movie “The Witches” by Roald Dahl definitely did not help my case. That girl getting stuck in a painting haunted my dreams for a good few months the first time I watched it. It took me a while to learn that not all witches are scary - though to this day, one of my favorite horror flicks for kicks is “The Blaire Witch Project”.
My dear friend Gina (incredible tattoo artist) and I wanted to do another witch session - but this time we wanted glowing cemetery vibes.
I shot with my 35mm, 1.8, all natural light for this creative session.
And yes - we were extremely respectful to the land and all spirits
