Where to start with this wedding...it was absolutely gorgeous in every single way possible. Kalyn and Michael some of the sweetest people you will ever meet so being able to be there on their special day was such a memorable and incredible experience. Herrington on the Bay is easily one of my favorite venues in Maryland. It feels like you're having a destination wedding at the beach somewhere; not to mention their in-house catering is out of this world delicious!
The decor and tablescapes were stunning at their wedding, and I have to mention that Kalyn was the one that directed how the decor should be for everything at her wedding - and everything was so perfect that all of us vendors mentioned to her that she should look into becoming a wedding stylist/planner! And did I mention they have FIVE cakes??? And yes, I tried a small piece of every single one and they were all so delicious.
Kalyn and Michael's first look was so emotional. They read the vows they wrote to one another privately, during their first look, and there were so many tears of joy. We then did the wedding party photos before the ceremony - so yes future brides, this can be done! I get asked a lot if wedding and family portraits can be taken prior to the ceremony and yes, most of the time it's been easy to do! Just make sure that you speak with your planner (if you have one) and photographer about the timeline and say that you want these photos done prior to the ceremony and things can be adjusted to accomodate.
